The time is finally here! You have saved up for your vacation, you have arrived and waited until you found the perfect souvenir to remember this amazing vacation and purchase it.  You go right back to the resort and pack it, so happy that you found that item that will get you through until the next Disney vacation. 

You arrive home and unpack your bags only to find out that perfect souvenir is broken, or the wrong size now what? Although going all the way back to Disney World and having another vacation sounds like a good resolution its not really possible, so what do you do?

If an item is broken, not the correct size or there is anything else wrong with something you bought in the park while on vacation you just need to contact the merchandise department in Walt Disney World. They will help you return the item and either give you a replacement (if available) or will refund your money.

Although it is not ideal to spend your time finding the perfect item to complete your vacation only to have to return it at least you know Disney will always be there to exchange or refund you for a problem with any of their merchandise.
